Last week we said goodbye to a chapter in Team X3O’s history; our former Counter-Strike 1.6 team represented X3O and our sponsors well and through hard work developed into some of the best players in the country, if not the world. Today we turn the page and begin the story of a new team that is hungry and ready to prove themselves . It is my pleasure to announce the players of our new Counter-Strike 1.6 team: Ryan “NineSpot” Bell, Andrew “dRew” Timmerman, Jeff “hero” Mettetal, David “savi0r” Park and Thomas “thoMz” Garcia.

Ryan, Jeff, David and Andrew, formally known as Paragon of Virtue, most recently competed at both the World Cyber Games 2008 USA Finals and Extreme Masters III Global Challange Los Angeles where they finished 3rd and 5th respectively. There they defeated many teams including mTw and eliminated the former X3O team in the lower bracket of the Extreme Masters event.

How does it feel to come back and play for X3O again? "My first stint with x3o was a very memorable one traveling to my first big events facing international competition. I’ve always felt like x3o was home to me and I’m glad to be back playing for x3o and Nick “de_Nile” Fitz."

How does it feel to play for X3O? "We feel really honored to be able to join an organization like X3O that has a proven track record of sending its team to both domestic and international events and we all have nothing but respect for everything Nick Fitz does for his teams."<

How does it feel playing with all east coast players? "It feels pretty good; I've played with David and Jeff before, so nothing is really new. Drew and Ryan are also very chill easy going people so its been easy to fit in. It was a little wierd playing with all east coast people, but I think everything will work out fine :)"

We are considering attending the upcoming LAN at Web2Zone in NYC and will be attending the ESL Extreme Masters III Continental Finals in November.
